4. Customer Responsibilities

Items We Cannot Accept

• Items contaminated with bed bugs or other pests
• Items that cannot fit through doorways or stairwells
• Items that cannot be safely lifted by two people
• Hazardous materials or items containing hazardous substances

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Items do not meet our acceptance criteria
• Unsafe conditions exist at the pickup location
• Customer behavior is inappropriate or threatening
• Items were misrepresented during booking

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Limited Liability
