Our Mattress Recycling Story
About 4 years ago we began recycling mattresses and box springs for Denver and all of Northern Colorado. Yes, they actually get torn down in a facility in Denver and the pieces inside are recycled! After an overwhelming response from local mattress retailers and the Colorado public we quickly expanded and have grown into what we are today.
There are many businesses throughout Denver and the front range claiming to recycle items such as mattresses that in reality don't. So help be apart of something "bedder" and let us take care of your Denver mattress/box spring disposal needs.
We are always looking to partner with mattress retail stores, other Denver disposal services, hotels, colleges, and any other companies who want to dispose of their mattresses in an environmentally friendly way.

How Do you Recycle a Mattress?
How Do you Recycle a Mattress? You can do it yourself at home and save on disposal costs!
1. Take an exacto knife (sharper the better) and slice all the way around the mattress on its side.
2. Once you have a single cut all the way around pull/cut away at the hog rings that hold the cover to the springs
3. Take off all the foam layers and put them in a pile.
4. You are left with a spring unit. The steel can be recycled at the local scrap yard for money.
5. The foam and cotton can be given to a local carpet manufacturer and then get shredder on on its way back into the loop of manufactured goods to be turned into a variety of items including carpet pad.
There you have it you have fully recycled your old mattress and won't need to pay a disposal fee!
