The easiest way is to book a pickup with us. It starts at $89, we can usually come the next day, and you leave it at the curb and we load it up. Nothing to bag or wrap, and it goes to our local recycling facility instead of a landfill. Elizabeth will also take it with large item pickup, but you have to book it — MONDAY & THURSDAY are for all residents and businesses in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Wards. There are rules about how it has to be put out. If you're moving or a new bed is coming, that wait usually decides it.

Yes — MONDAY & THURSDAY are for all residents and businesses in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Wards. TUESDAY & FRIDAY are for all residents and businesses in the 4th, 5th & 6th Wards. Each property is allowed to place three (3) HOUSEHOLD ITEMS out with their regular garbage on the second garbage day of the week (either Thursday or Friday, depending on location.) NOT MONDAY OR TUESDAY. A few things to know: Remember: no refrigerators, appliances or metal on thursdays or fridays. make an appointment!; place your containers at the curb the night before, after 6:00 PM; Garbage & recycling laws will be strictly enforced by our inspectors with summonses issued and pictures taken. you will be held responsible for the cleanup and the fine. No, sorry — we can't take a mattress with bed bugs. Same goes for anything soiled with bodily fluids, badly water damaged or moldy, or contaminated with chemicals. It's not us being fussy: an infested mattress would put everything else in the truck at risk, and it can't be recycled or donated either. Normal wear is completely fine. Sagging, coffee stains, pet hair, a tired-looking cover — we pick those up every day. If you're not sure, send us a photo before you book and we'll tell you straight away.

No. Almost all our pickups are curbside — put the mattress out by 8am on your pickup day and we'll take it whether you're home or not. We'll text you when we're about thirty minutes out so you know it's been done. If you can't get it outside, in-home pickup is available for an extra fee. If something changes on the day, call (720) 263-6094 and we'll move it.

Usually the next day. Book by 5pm and we can normally come tomorrow. If you want a specific day or a tighter window, give it 24 to 48 hours — weekends fill up first. That's the real difference between us and waiting for the city: their pickup runs on its own schedule, so if you're moving out or a new bed is being delivered, the wait tends to matter more than the price.
