A few things to know: if any of these items are included in your Bulky Waste nothing will be picked up until they are removed; you will be instructed to wait until the upcoming weekend to place your items out by the curb and our bulky waste crew will come by to pick up between Monday and Friday of the following week; do not place too close to a fence, a mailbox, electric/water/gas meter, under trees, under low power lines and no further than 6 feet from the curb. No, sorry — we can't take a mattress with bed bugs. Same goes for anything soiled with bodily fluids, badly water damaged or moldy, or contaminated with chemicals. It's not us being fussy: an infested mattress would put everything else in the truck at risk, and it can't be recycled or donated either. Normal wear is completely fine. Sagging, coffee stains, pet hair, a tired-looking cover — we pick those up every day. If you're not sure, send us a photo before you book and we'll tell you straight away.

No. Almost all our pickups are curbside — put the mattress out by 8am on your pickup day and we'll take it whether you're home or not. We'll text you when we're about thirty minutes out so you know it's been done. If you can't get it outside, in-home pickup is available for an extra fee.
